Approval Process

Requests for membership are reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors on a quarterly basis. Once your membership documents are received, your request for membership will be considered.


Upon approval of your membership, you will be granted membership benefits and be invoiced a pro-rata portion of member dues through the end of the calendar year.

Payment is due within sixty (60) days of when the invoice is issued. Acceptable forms of payment are wire transfer and company check. Complete details will be included on the invoice.

Annual Renewal

The annual renewal date for all members is January 1.

Members interested in renewing their membership will need to sign and submit the Member Agreement and Membership Application Form again, noting any contact changes.

Renewal payments are due within 30 days of a Member’s renewal date.
